Museum Architecture: a New Biography
On Saturday 14 December, the Ashmolean, which opened its new building in 2009, welcomes Dr Suzanne MacLeod to speak on the subject of museum design, trends in museum building, and the changing role of museums in society.

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of a monumental sculpture by Taiwanese artist Ju Ming, in memory of Professor Michael Sullivan who died in September. The sculpture is now on display at the Museum entrance.
