Submit your entry VIEWING ART MINDFULLY Slow Art Videos Slow Art Day, which was marked on 2 April, encouraged us all to sit with artworks for a little longer. Spending quiet time with works of art allows us to connect with them in a deeper way, and form stories, feelings and opinions about works. In collaboration with the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, we've produced a series of videos that guide you to view selected artworks and objects mindfully.
